Parkwood
 

Parkwood is a popular woodland situated on the famous Gower Pennisula, West of Swansea. It is a wood of majestic and mature oak, ash and conifer trees, home to buzzards, woodpeckers, nuthatch, lesser and greater horseshoe bats and a wealth of other wildlife. There are also many archeologically valuable sites here, covering 14,000 years.

How to get there:

Park Mill is the nearest town or village.

Turn right half a mile past Parkmill.
