Abbot's Wood is a mixed woodland of approximately 360 hectares, offering waymarked forest trails, an adventure play area and barbecue/picnic sites.

How to get there:

Hailsham is the nearest town or village.

Abbot's Wood is signposted off the A22 betweem Hailsham and Polegate and is also signposted off the A27 at Wilmington.
