Opening times: Information  Centre : 10:00 am until 4:00pm (closed for lunch)

Facilities: Information centre, cafe, toilets, 5 car parks, disabled facilities, railway station,  waymarked paths (including a new musical instrument trail),  2 waymarked cycle routes, an all ability trail, 3 picnic sites, Forest Classroom to hire,  education service, Christmas tree sales, Go Ape High Wire Course, Tracs Bike Hire, Bike Wash, Permanent Orienteering Course and Outdoor Concerts in the summer.
