What's of interest
Alice Holt is an ancient forest famous for its oak trees which once supplied timber for building navy ships. Today it is a forest with diverse habitats from conifer forest through mixed woodland to single species deciduous trees. As such it's an ideal location for the many and varied studies and activities offered by the education service.Alice Holt's natural beauty along with its exciting playgrounds and trails makes it perfect for a family day out, too.
